ABSTRACT: Exploring the benefits of early childhood education in supporting foster care systems is crucial for providing educational stability and support to children in foster care. This study aimed to evaluate how early childhood education programs support children in foster care. The objectives were to (1) assess improvements in educational outcomes for children in foster care, (2) evaluate the integration of support services in the curriculum, and (3) examine changes in stability and well-being. A survey design was chosen to systematically collect data from participants, providing a comprehensive understanding of the topic. A purposive sample of 100 children aged 4-6 years, in foster care, was selected to ensure relevant experiences. The case study focused on an early childhood education center in Nasarawa State, known for its support for children in foster care. Findings revealed significant improvements in educational outcomes, the effectiveness of support services, and positive changes in stability and well-being among children in foster care. The study recommended integrating tailored support services into early childhood curricula and collaborating with foster care agencies to provide holistic support for children in foster care.
